We will be serving this special menu alongside our Main Menu on Friday 10th February, Saturday 11th February and Monday 13th February during the evening at our usual restaurtant hours. On Valentine's Day, Tuesday 14th February 2012, this menu will be served exclusively as the only menu from which to dine from.
STARTERS
Cream of wild mushroom soup, mini loaf (V)
Potato pancake, smoked mackerel, bacon & horseradish
Baked goat's cheese, apple & walnut salad (V)
Chicken liver & Brandy pate with toast
MAINS
Loin of lamb with dates & mustard seeds
Trio of duck ~ parcel of confit duck, peppered duck breast & sauté duck livers with Lyonnaise onions
Whole deep fried sea bass with sweet chilli sauce
Tomato tartlet in sage pastry with crème fraiche and tapenade
