Belfry Suite

Winding your way up the stairs to the very top of the building is a sure way to get a sense of the inns colourful history, as is a stay in the Belfry Suite. From here you can see both the Minster and the church where Guy Fawkes was baptised, while the windows to the rear look down onto our courtyard and cottage.

This unique room features exposed timbers and numerous alcoves, antiques and Italian fabrics throughout, and a beautiful bed with a wonderfully comfortable handmade mattress. The suite also boasts a fitted bathroom, and a separate lounge with large sofas, a flatscreen TV with Freeview, and games console and games - even an antique poker table!
